Define asset server install location - osx

Hey all

We're trying to get the asset server setup on our shiny new osx server and want to host all the data (or the entire asset server for that matter) on the mass storage drives we have connected to the server. By default, the asset server installs in the Library folder of the os drive... w/no options (that we've seen) to change the install location. Has anyone has any experience with this? We really like the asset server for various reasons but HAVE to have it running on drives w/more space... any help would be greatly appreciated.
