Bug Decal makes gameobjects Black(Only on build)

    *This is a build for windows

    I am using Unity 2021.3.21f1 and URP.

    If all renderer settings have a Decal render feature, and default(active) one's decal disabled,
    it leads to black game objects on windows build. (not on editor)

    *When default one's decal type is 'screen space' and others are Auto, it happens too.
    *When only default renderer settings have decal and not others, it does not happen.
