DebugStream.DrawComponent ?

    Testing DOTS physics & netcode. Currently getting poor FPS (5-10) and some form of flickering debug visualisation on my entities. I've not been able to find any other example of this happening elsewhere yet. It is not standard unity physics debug visualisation. The colours on some the entities slowly blend too, and for some reason the faces themselves each seem to change colour independently at different rates.

    Any help in explaining this behaviour and why/if it is causing my FPS issues would be appreciated.
