Bug Debug Canvas - Decal Screen popup

Hello everyone, I am having this issue with this decal screen poping up in my game when i press the joysticks at the same time. I have found the prefab that is causing this, but does anyone know how I can just get rid of it? I get an error when trying to delete I will post a picture of the console when I try to delete. Any help will be much appriciated.
