Day / Week / Hourly Rate rather than annual, 'Upon request', 'Not looking'

For freelancers/studios contracting out - we need to be able to set the rates according to the project we're doing, and a rate for the time we're going to be on it.

So ultimately we would give a rate upon request after learning about a project.

A year rate does not make sense unless I'm trying for a full time position elsewhere (there should be an option for not looking for anything too)

There's also no option for 'not looking at all', where I can turn off recruiters being able to find me.
