Hi I am creating new part for my game.

Anyone intersted in package that will have these features:

    - day / night cycle
    - you can set how long will take one day in game
    - you can set if day is longer than night (or shorter than night)
    - random weather with forecast
    - every hour can weather change
    - random rain duration and intensity
    - random fog duration and intensity
    - for fog you can set in which hours can appear

This package will be for free or really low price (5 dollars).

I can submit video if anyone intersted.

    My first webplayer! :)

    http://www.portalprolidi.cz/unity3d/weather/webplayer.html

On the left side is forecast and right side is game time

"Will be rain: false" -> next hour no rain of course :)

I think it could sell for a low price. Good for making games like simulation or sandbox game. Some people might need it. :D Good job.

I believe that Unisky already does all this.

I think is huge difference between Unisky 100 dollars and this simple weather system for 5 dollars... what do you think? ;)

You asked... I think you should polish this, I don't think there is any point in selling an asset like this for $5, you'll have to wait 2 years to get paid $100, because you must make $250 NET to be paid out at the quarter's end. I think that if you put more time into this, and made it more sophisticated that you would be able to sell it for a profit, but you're a long way behind similar products. I think that people who want a quality day/night sky system will simply buy Unisky or something else. I think that you should give this out for free if you aren't going to put more work into it. I hope I don't offend, you've got a nice beginning here, but it needs more work if you plan to make some money back for your time.

Well I am selling RPG starter kit and this simple weather system will be simple small bonus to it. I spend 18 hours to create this system. So it is quiet small project.

For my game is important that I can setup weather according calendar (in winter snow, in summer more rains) and that day can be longer than night... for my game this is enough. One customer asked me for one new feature that will be finished during weekend.

I think that RPG kit will be valueble tool. When tutorials will be finished and peopel will understand them :).

EDIT: In UniSky you cannot have day longer than night. So I have one feature more than you :).

EDIT: Important note my system is also connectd to Save/Load system. So when you load position is same weather when you saved it. So I know that your system is better. But with my simple they don´t need to do anything (except creating changing configuration file).

Or it can be the other way around if you have vampire characters and want the night longer than the day. It's nice to have the option to be able to set this.

This is a big bonus feature.

I like the fact that the weather system is bundled with the RPG Kit as they're designed to work together. You're doing a fantastic job, sleglik.

Moon would be fantastic. You can make it part of the RPG Kit.
