I'm on 0.14.0-preview2. Compared to the release I upgraded from which was one or two behind I'm seeing a major regression in performance showing up as NodeSet.RenderGraph.ComputeValueChunkAndResizeBuffers in the profiler.

Kind of disheartening since the whole point to using this is performance. And atm it's significantly worse then mecanim which is a pretty low bar.

Also looking closer it's creating 2600+ job instances per frame.

I’ve never really understood the horrendous performance of almost every supporting ECS package, specifically in their early releases. The whole guiding mantra to this endeavor is “performance by default” but the default seems to be slower than everything that exists at the moment. Makes me worried how the average joe is going to deal with this stuff when Unity’s own internal engineers, with all the access to support they have, issue these sorts of releases.

Where did you find this package? I don't see it in the packages documentation at all anymore.
