I would like to create a database with all words of the Italian dictionary taken from a txt file. Is it possible? Someone can tell me how to do?

Yes it's possible, and yes someone can tell you how to do it. However, you'll find that without trying to work on it yourself, most of the community here isn't interested in creating things for you.

If you read carefully, I did not ask anyone to create a database for me! All I wanted was some advice to start, since I am a beginner!

    1. Careful how you respond to people. Yes you're a beginner, and as @3zzerland was trying to say, people here are really hesitant to actually put forth a real effort to help others, ESPECIALLY beginners. Given that fact, you might want to be a bit more friendly instead of snapping at people.
    2. You did ask someone to do it for you when you said, "Someone can tell me how to do." For someone to tell you how to program something, they're basically doing it for you.
    3. Finally, what you're probably looking for is a Dictionary. https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/modules/intermediate/scripting/lists-and-dictionaries

I did not want to attack anyone. What I wrote was only to specify;). In any case, I apologize for what I said and I thank you for the link. Have a nice day:)

I wasn't attempting to be rude. I'm trying to let you know that the community is going to want to see that you put forth effort to try and work on this yourself and then they will be willing to make corrections and walk through things with you. They want you to learn. When it comes to that, they will almost do anything for you, as long as you are clearly trying.

    For example:
