Data processing delayed/outage?

    Hi, it seems like there's an issue with getting raw data exports of custom events (core events still seem to be working). Is there a known issue right now, and if so, any idea when things will be up and running again?

    Can you share a screenshot? We do occasionally have delays, but I haven't heard of any today.

    Hey Jeff,

    It seemed like the problem was only with JSON downloads; TSV was working all along. However, I don't even see that issue anymore; whatever it was, it's working now. It may have just been something on my end.
    Thanks anyways though

    Yes we had a delay which has since been resolved.

    I've been having problems exporting raw data to TSV. Is there a known issue today?

    Just an update; after first noticing a problem last week, it seemed like JSON exports started working again for a brief window, but we haven't been able to do a successful raw data export in days (now it's for both tsv and json)

    It's back up now, but we got missing values between November 6th and November 8th - which is around the same time the delay occured.
    Anyone else noticing the same? This is highly troublesome..

    We are aware of this problem and are investigating it.
