Data missing from May 29th

When I checked yesterday, it said the last update was ~ >24 hrs previous, thought nothing of it. But checking today and the data for the 30th May has been added... but 29th May is missing.



A bug? Or some other reason?

We recently pushed a few updates to the dashboard, which unfortunately caused a bug that affected dashboard data for May 29th.

We've fixed the bug, and data is now correctly populated for May 30th onward, however you are correct in that there is no data for May 29th.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we're currently exploring a few options:
(1) We are looking into backfilling the data for May 29th - we can't make any promises, but if we can backfill the data we will (and we will make sure to post in the forum).
(2) We did not lose any data - all the raw user level data for May 29th was still received. We are currently working on a raw data export feature, and once that is live you can export the raw user level data from May 29th.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we'll try our best to make sure this doesn't happen again and we will actively communicate to our users if there is an issue with our dashboard.
