    Hi,

I've got a bit of a problem. All my development has been done in the latest versions of Unity (4.1+). Having recently moved from Unity 2.6, it came as a surprise when I looked for the "Mac Dashboard Widget" export option and couldn't find it.

I really want to export a dashboard version. So I looked in the past versions, discovered that 3.4.2 supports widgets. I've installed that alongside Unity 4.

Thing is, when I tried to import my project into 3.4.2, I get:

    So, two questions:

Is there any way to make a widget using Unity 4? (I'm guessing not, but just want to check)
And, is there any way to downgrade the project to 3.4? I've tried the meta file trick suggested elsewhere (If I find the link I'll post it)

(PS, I know I'm stupid for starting the project without checking first...)

Yeah, I spotted that. I was just wondering if anyone had a secret solution, but I'm guessing not.

So, is it possible to downgrade the project to 3.4 (the last version that supported widgets) ?

There is a sacred activity called "backup"... -> No you can not downgrade.
Always backup before update a big version.

The whole project has been created in 4. No backup to revert to. :/
