Dashboard not updating?

    Anyone having issues with the Unity analytics dashboard not updating? It was working fine for weeks, but all of a sudden there's been 0 updates on the dashboard after September 5th.

    Mine also stopped updating from 9/5.

    It stopped for 39 hours or something, then I got an update, now I am at 11 hours with no update.

    Hi @qy, @AlfredL, and @lloydg,

    We ran into some technical difficulties over the weekend and are currently working on correcting them. No data was lost, it is just a matter of getting all of the data caught up. As soon as I have any more information regarding when the dashboard will be updated I will make a post here.

    39 hours, still not fixed... maybe related to the 5.2 release i am guessing

    Hi @lloydg,

    We are still experiencing some technical issues that are creeping around from last week. We are actively working on correcting them and are focused on making all necessary changes so that this does not occur in the future. We hope to have everything updated by the end of the day, but it may take a little longer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
