    About the asset

    Tired of scripting achievements on each platform separately?
    Save time and focus on your game instead, leave the rest to DarkCPS.

    DarkCPS is an editor plugin allowing for easy integration of game services across platforms.
    The asset provides a simple to use and completely unified interface to a variety of game service platforms. It completely abstracts away the details for common functionality, like achievements, stats, leaderboards and cloud saves.

    It currently supports Steam, Android, and iOS, as well as a Local platform which makes testing in-editor easy, and enables service-independent builds with the same functions.

    We're looking to get first thoughts and feedback on the asset from developers, and that's where you come in:
    Join our discord server and tell us how you're planning on using the asset in the DARKCPS #introduction channel, and you'll get access. This is a limited time offer, and expires once we get enough testers onboard (we're looking to get 20-ish testers, so be quick).

    As an added bonus, all participants who provide feedback will get a license for the full pro version, once released.

    Does it synchronize between platforms? For example, the player saves a game on their android tablet, and then logs into steam on their mac computer and opens the game... will they have to start over, or will their game progress be synchronized? If so... what servers are the game save files stored on?

    No, we don't offer any additional services. We just make it really easy and straightforward to integrate your game with existing services in a unified way.

    We are using this in our upcoming game and we haven't noticed any issues so far. Unfortunately due to that same project we haven't had the time to properly focus on releasing it. We do accept testers and we are providing support to whoever needs it.
