I created a dark theme for Monodevelop.

    It's easy on the eyes:
    - no bold
    - no italic
    - no hot colors

    It is easy to read:
    - the contrast is not too low
    - the contrast is not too high
    - the colors are not too similar

    To use this theme:
    - save the zip file that is attached below
    - extract xml file from zip file
    - go to MonoDevelop Preferences > Text Editor > Syntax Highlighting > Add

HORRRRROR... My mono 4.01 came up with white bg on menu dropdowns and almost white font lol...
...and why is it so idiotic to begin with super-pale grey on white ... yeah...
I won't even work on a white screen, give me menus I cannot even see!?

How do I change the mono UI colors(not the code syntax colors) - I am not having any color problems in Unity or any other stuff I run - where is the freaking color scheme for mono?
    1. why is the color scheme for monodevelop a pain to locate, if there is one at all that is accessible?
    2. if a GTK (manual)update is required (shared/themes folder) where are the GTK manual/instructions?
    3. can it be done via the syntax XML?
    4. where is the bible for monodevelop, not the obvious crap that teaches nothing, the real info?

I am wasting a massive amount of time for something that should take a few minutes at most.

thanx. (can you tell I am peee peeed) 5.0.1 Unity/4.01 Mono/win7
