Custom Projection Matrix Does Not Show Shadows

    I know in previous versions of Unity, Unity 4 to be specific, if you used a custom projection matrix on your camera, it caused issues with shadows unless you used forward rendering. In the latest Unity 5 Beta though, it seems as though shadows no longer work in forward rendering. Is this a known issue? Is there a work around?
