Custom Physics Timesteps are broken in 2019.1.0b7

    Hi.

    I've noticed a problem with the "Time" Physics related settings in the Project Settings Window. Changing these settings in the panel does not actually change them. I would just like to bring this up in the case this hasn't been already fixed in 2019.1.0b8. Hopefully, this information is helpful.
