Custom package generator tool

Hi,

Not sure if there is many people creating packages at this time but if there are and they, like me, think that creating those files by hand is a pain then you could use this small python script with his resource folder (just download the repo it's basically empty at the moment) : https://github.com/dzamani/ndy_tools/tree/master/Unity Package Generator
