Question Custom Built Physical Controller Manufacturing

Does any one have any experience with building or having built for them, a custom game controller.
I am in need of something very similar to this form factor



For use in Windows PC for a PCVR / AR Varjo XR3 commercial project for overhead gantry / crane training simulator.
It can be wired to PC , but needs to replicate as closely as possible the controls shown here.

This is for a commercial industrial training product , so budget is available as supplying the replicated realistic controller is critical for the training product.

4 x Units are initially required , but potentially will need more with expansion ( but not in the 100s +).

Building the project in Unity / XR interaction is our speciality, but getting the controller hardware built is not.
I have enquired with specialist manufacturers ( including the manufacturer of this pictured unit ).
But no response.

Any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
