Culling and visible Renderers

    With the new Scriptable Render Pipeline is there a way to get the culled visible renderers? I haven't been able to find them in the docs. I'm currently using SRP6.9.1
    What I would like to do is implement something akin to Natalya's GDC 2004 presentation "Hair Rendering and Shading" ptimized rendering Scheme.
    It would be good if I can somehow render the material according to a different sorting criteria.
