I'm in need of someone who can help me take the famous crt-royale shader and making an equivalent in Unity. crt-royale is a shader library that gives an authentic crt look to the game. I have tried the crt shaders from the unity store, but none of them were able to give the look I want. For more info on this shader, check out the following link: https://docs.libretro.com/shader/crt_royale/

Here are the repos of the library, with crt-royale being inside crt folder:

    https://github.com/libretro/glsl-shaders
    https://github.com/libretro/slang-shaders

A link of said library for glsl:

    https://github.com/libretro/glsl-shaders/blob/master/crt/crt-royale.glslp

If you look in the crt folder, you'll find various versions of the crt-royale set.

You can find an example of what Im looking for at 22:50 of the video below: crt-royale. Essentially, scanlines & being able to edit the curvature of the corners:

Unless someone can point me toward an asset that resembles what I want, I'll be willing to pay for someone to make a shader similar to this one, or just simply porting this for use in Unity.

I always thought the scanlines were done procedurally. I never knew it was just using a alpha tuned overlay. In that case, I guess curvature really is the kicker, then.

Yes that one has some very nice features like luminance bleeding!
    Does it have horizontal scanlines?

It does. Ultimate CRT wins out mostly on its variety, but the one you linked has merit for specific cases.
