Critical performance on OpenGL ES 3.0 vs 2.0/3.1/3.2

    Hi,

    I have gotten hundreds of reports about the following issue from my users, but have no clue how to fix this.

    I would like to know why my android game runs so poorly on open gl es 3.0 devices in particular (screen freezes, crashing, low and inconsistent fps). Weirdly, it runs incredibly smooth on 2.0/3.1/3.2 open gl es devices, with no issues.

    Is there any obvious answer to this or anything in particular I should be careful about when developing for open gl es 3.0 devices?

    Also, Is there any way to force open gl es 2.0 rendering for open gl es 3.0 enabled devices so I can avoid the poor performance on these devices?
