    When I'm using the WP8 build by Unity3d in Visual Studio Express 2013, everything set ready to publish.

    But the store menu remains disabled / grayed out.

    Urgent, please help. What to do ?
    Please help !

    I'm having exactly the same problem. Does anyone out there have any idea why this is happening?

    Some things I've tried
    * Rebuilding all configurations
    * Updating the version numbers of both the assembly and in the manifest file
    * Running through the Store Test kit

    I got the solution !
    Are you building for windows 8 or 8.1

    See unity game engine builds for Windows 8, visual studio 2013 express builds only for 8.1.
    so you have to go back to visual studio 2012 express.

    This is incorrect. VS 2013 can support Windows 8.0.

    Anyway, when you build the for Windows Phone 8, you don't need to create a package explicitly: Visual Studio does it when you build your solution. Look in <ProjectDir>\bin\ARM\Master\ - there will be a .xap file created.
