This is kind of a meta 'how would we go about designing this' question. So we want to create a 2D game where we can place body parts rather freely on a body. This, however, also means that the body parts need to rotate and translate with the body itself.

As an example: We have three body parts placed on these three points in frame one: When the body switches to frame two, we need the points to be here: However, what we obviously want is for this to be applicable to all potential points on that body - and the rotations need to adjusted as well.

Has any of you ever done something like this? How would be go about this? Is it B-splines? How would we prevent the dots from going over the body's edges?

    Thank you very much :)
