Creating a multiplayer User Interface

    Hello friends,
    I've been searching for a while and can't seem to find much on the topic. I am wanting to know some tips or ideas of what might be the best approach for creating a Multiple Player User Interface. (Think smash bros or Tower Fall character selection).

    I've read that NGUI isn't going to cut it because its not meant to handle more than one player. I figure I will just have to build something completely from scratch but thought I would ask the community for any tips or thoughts before I get started.

    Thanks for that. I ended up building my "UI" in the world space using normal objects and listening to all 4 players and dealing with it how I wanted.
