Creating a game in unity...

Hello all,
Yesterday I saw trailer of game that gonna publish soon named Fortnite:

The game was made in Unreal Engine, Can person create the same game but in unity engine?

Are you asking if an individual is capable of recreating the game within Unity? Or are you asking if a team is capable of doing so? Fortnite was developed by a small team within a company that is intimately familiar with the process of creating both big budget and indie titles.

Is an individual capable of it? Yes, but most likely not within a reasonable time frame. The gameplay mechanics would be easy enough, but the content and degree of polish would take considerably longer for them than it would for a team and switching engines won't really change this.

The Unity Showcase has a sampling of the games that were created with Unity. There are likely to be some of Fortnite's mechanics scattered in there.
