Question Creating 360 panoramas with correct visual scaling in VR Headset

    I am looking for a precise solution for creating 360’s to correct scale when viewed through VR headsets.


    I develop environments for mining risk. From existing detailed Unity scenes I capture the 360 panoramas for later use.


    However having tried several 360 camera plugins in Unity the output of the Panoramas tends to have a larger visual scale when viewed with VR googles.


    Is there any possible way (FOV settings maybe) to get a 360 image that looks to perfect scale when viewed using a VR Headset?


    The environments are somewhat close quarter shots (confined spaces etc.) however that’s should not dictate the view point I would have thought.
