Create Framework for Data Input and storage

Hi,
i need to design an application in which i need to insert data from unity inspector only or may be any service which will help me in inserting data info into unity project
For ex.-
i want to insert data into tabuler manner like. name, sceneNumber, image, description, etc.
i want to create android application in the end which is scalable and can enter more data into it.

i also want the android app which can be updated just like a patch to be scalable. need not to update whole application.

Any tool or any help in that direction would really be appreciated.
