Create animation clip for humanoid avatar

    Hello,
    I have a model set up as a humanoid avatar and I'm trying to animate it using that avatar instead of moving the bones directly. I see that in the mocap clips I've imported from the shop, they work with Animator.Head, Animator.Chest, et al... How can I work with that? Must I add all those controls manually in my animation clip? Must I use mocap for all my animation if I want to work with the avatar? Do you have a tutorial to suggest? All the tutorials I find either import their animations from elsewhere or just set up the avatar. None I've found actually create an animation within Unity.
