Looking For Contributor Crazy Fish

I wanna create a company of which I’m not gonna say here because it’s a private name till I release a first game, but I want to make a series of games using the name of Crazy fish, the main topic is under water, not in all games because they all need to be unique but all include main fish characters in every game, the fish are shot into a little level and have to finish the level by hitting the crabs or dodging them. I haven’t quite figured out everything that’s why I need help, the crabs although to actually chop so if you are shot into a crab or bounced into one you pop and move onto another character until all the Crabs are gone and you reach the end of the level with a character. So I need help with the ideas for the games and I need help managing it and everything
