Crash on splash screen

    When trying to open an old project or new project, Unity always crashed on splash screen when trying to load the packages. Happens on version 2019.2 and 2019.3 that installed using UnityHub. Unity 2018.4 LTS from UnityHub works perfectly.


    SPECS:
    - AMD RX 460 2GB
    - Intel i5 7600k
    - 8 GB RAM
    - Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS x86_64
    - Kernel: 5.0.0-37-generic
    - Mesa 19.3.1 with ROCm 3.0
