Crash on Galaxy Tab 4.0

We've been running everyplay successfully on iOS/Android but we recently had a bug report where it crashed on a Galaxy Tab 4.0 (SM-T230). I thought this was related to a gpu bug I had seen previously (that was fixed) but it doesn't seem to be. Here's the logcat output - it appears to crash in the encoder.
