    Hi,

We've been running everyplay successfully on iOS/Android but we recently had a bug report where it crashed on a Galaxy Tab 4.0 (SM-T230). I thought this was related to a gpu bug I had seen previously (that was fixed) but it doesn't seem to be. Here's the logcat output - it appears to crash in the encoder. (We are starting to record at this point). We're also using the most recent everyplay build from the asset store.

Yeah we're getting an encoder error too on the same device and it seems to be quite common. Would be swell to get this fixed.

The specific error device for us seems to be Samsung Galaxy Tab4 7.0 and all/most of it's variations. The only solution so far is to not allow game downloads for this device so we won't get too many 1-star reviews. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

    Hello @tonemcbride ,@antti_partagames ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

We have heard of some issues concerning the Galaxy Tab 4 / SM-T230.
We recommend that you disable the device in question in your Everyplay Developer Dashboard.
This way Everyplay will be disabled on the device but the game itself should run.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Cheers,
    Simo
