Couple question regarding the new terrain editor behaviour in 2018.3

1. Did you guys change the independent brush setting behaviour to use the last settings? ie i'm using height brush with size 5 and strength 1.5, then change to smooth brush it turn out the brush setting are the same as the height brush.
2. Is it just me or the smooth brush are not as strong as before? in the image attached below i cannot smooth these area even the brush opacity are 100. Might need stronger smoothie :/

3. most of the old brush showing pixelation, just like in the image above the pointed by the arrow on the right.
