Is it smart to have one big 8x8km terrain in terms of performance, or it's better to make it from smaller parts which will be procedural? 8x8km is big terrain, but not too big. When will "High Definition Render Pipeline" be ready? It isn't possible to paint larger 3d grass patches onto hills or slopes, it doesn't align to the terrain normals. Will these painting tools be redesigned? Is there some good external solution?
