Couldn't Open my Project on my PC

    I am not able to open my project from last some weeks and I Tried to open my project but it was showing some kind of options like Diagnose,Retry and Quit. When I Clicked on the Diagnose Option The System Starts Running some Test. I have Attached the Screenshot.
    Therefore I Request to you Kindly Reply on this Issue and Provide a Right Solution of this Issue.
