Could not create or open a project with Package Manager Error

    Hi everyone. My English is not good, so wish you can understand what I say.
    I don't know what my pc happened. No problems with Unity in my pc before.
    Now everytime I try to create or open a project it will comes an error:

    error2.png

    I've disabled my firewall and Windows Defender, and accessed that link "https://packages.unity.cn" successful.
    I reinstalled Unity with different version and reinstalled OS but this problem is still there.
    I have tried everything I know to fix it but I failed.:(

    Hey,
    Have you tried with creating a new Unity project? And can you provide your Unity account as well?

    Thank you, this problem occurs when Unity is initialized, so it will happen whether I open or create a project.
    And how to provide my Unity account?

    Here's the log.

    And...There's another problem, I can't find the PackageManager's Diagnostics tool folder after I reinstalled OS and Unity again.:confused:

    Hey, I have a similar issue too. My email address is benthumurigi@gmail.com. I've tried to upload the upm-diag.log file but apparently it doesn't have the right extension. So I've had to change the file extension. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

    Hey Developers,

    If you have met the same issue with Unity Editor 2019.3.4f1, can you simply upgrade to 2019.3.5f1? This is related to recently introduced issue which we have fixed in 2019.3.5f1.

    If you keep have the same issue in newer version of Editor, please direct message me.

    I have encountered this problem as well. also in 2018 version of editor.
    I can't connect to activation server when I try to renew my license.

    Can you provide Hub & Editor logs? It sounds like that the problem was caused by activation issue but not package manager.

    This happended after I reinstalled windows OS. I can't get personal activation now. even tried manually activating, it saids reached maximum activation count.

    By checking the log file, it looks that your license is expired. can you try deleting your local license file, and then re-activate thru the Hub?

    I have deleted the license file at "C:\ProgramData\Unity\Unity_lic.ulf" and I can get my new license now, thanks! Problem solved!
