    Hi,
How can I add new project members that out of organization?
I did that as usual process, but that person could not access analytics data in our project.

    Hi sa_32ki82ka.

Thanks for reaching out! Do you know what type of user they are, and their Access Level? You can check this by going to the Unity Dashboard, and selecting Projects > Project Members. Let me know! You can find more information about Members, Roles, etc. here.

    Best,
    Randy

    Hi Randy.
    Thanks for your reply.
I found the attached message today. I think that incident is related what I posted.
But, guest member(not in organization / only in the project) still can't access to analytics.
Can you tell me if you know anything?

    Best,

    Hi again sa_32ki82ka,

I think you hit the nail on the head, and that the issue was caused by an incident. Having said that, sometimes due to caching issues, these fixes do not appear in your browser until you log out and/or clear your browser cache.

Let me know if that works!

    Best,
    Randy

    Hello again,

It was my error, that incident was a different issue. The issue you were struggling with should now be fixed.

Let me know if it's still occurring!

    Best,
    Randy
