    Corner. To begin, slowly raise and lower straight legs, using the abdominal muscles. Now you can complicate the exercise. In the hanging position, raise your straight legs 90 degrees relative to your body and hold the position as far as strength is sufficient. Having mastered the exercise, you can pull up in this position, while working out the muscles of the hands, buttocks, back and abdomen.
