Developer sent code as .rar file instead of working project files. How do you convert to Unity working files? I unzipped them but I could not figure out how to import into a new project.

We did that but we were unable to upload them into a new project. The developer states the working files, are missing but I have 17 folders. The unity project is looking for Unity file. I have the .apk that was created from those files. Can I import files into a new project to recreate a working project?

Yes I see there are, asset folder. He divided code into to .rar files the original code and then corrections. Both have an Asset folder. The folder has Animations, plugins, prefabs, resources, maxes scripts, sounds, sprites. How to I upload them into a new project? My current 4.6.4. I am using Unity 5
