Convert a project from 2019.4.21f1 in 2020.3.25f1 2D

I set 2020.3.25f1.
I was given a project unity 2D created in the version from 2019.4.21f1.
If I open the project in my editor, a window opens with the message:
Missing Editor Version
This project was made with a different Editor version. To open this project, please install or
switch to Unity 2019.4.21f1.

Use Unity Hub to manage your installed editor versions and your projects. In the list of projects, you'll have a dropdown that allows you to select which version to open the project with, and you can change that to the newer version to upgrade it.
