    How can we control the oculus quest's application from desktop keyboard ?

    You'll have to use networking. Do some tutorials on multiplayer network games, and then apply that in this case, with one desktop client, and one Quest client communicating over your chosen network backend.

    This is very good approach that we can take thanks for that.
    I was wondering, can't we connect regular bluetooth keyboard to it ?
