Hi I'm having problems getting the controllers to reconnect after the Oculus was in Standby. This happens when the user puts down the headset (which pauses rendering to the eyes and thus puts the oculus in standby). When the user puts on the headset again the controllers dont appear. I have to move with the mouse over the window which then somehow triggers the reconnect.

The weird thing is that this happens only with the 3D URP Core template, when I'm using the default 3D Core template (BRP) the reconnect works fine.

    I'm using:
    - Unity 2021.3.11f1
    - XR Plugin Management 4.2.1
    - Oculus XR Plugin 3.0.2
    - Oculus Integration 46.0
    - Oculus Rift Headset (also tested on Meta Quest 2)

I tested with the "HandGrabExamples" sample scene provided by Oculus Integration Asset Store package.
I'm unsure which setting activates this behaviour.
In the URP template "Run In Background" is disabled by default, but if I enable it I'm still get the same faulty behaviour.
