Controller input not working when launching game through steam?

    I'm about to release my game and just uploaded it on steam and launched it through my steam Library. (Its not live yet, im testing achievements etc) but when i try to change the Input it makes no sense at all.
    I press X on the PS4 controller and it shows "Page Up" in the Input Window... It should say "JoyStick 1 button 1"...

    How do I allow the Player to use PS4/Xbox Controller in my game? It works when I launch it from my desktop (I can change the Input to Xbox or PS4 controller) but when i Launch it through steam, It gives me crazy results :S)
