I'm interested in contributing to Unity's open source graphics repository.

The particular project I have in question's GitHub page can be found here: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/Graphics

However, I haven't found any information on what contributions are needed or any open issues. I'm completely new to open source contributing, so I might be easily missing something here.

Can anyone give me any information on how to figure out what I can do to actually contribute to this project?

Nothing in that repository suggests that you can contribute to it.

By default assume that it is "read only" for you. Also be aware that not all things on github are opensource.

As far as I can tell, this particular project is not opensource (at least not according to FOSS definition of it), and instead is licensed under Unity Companion License:

Which comes with a few restrictions.
