I've started writing a solution that adds CSG to Unity. It does some simple boolean operations at the moment, you can modify UVs per plane, etc. This won't do any bsp partitioning, Unity has occlusion already that will handle that, and eventually the meshes will be saved into permanent assets so that the output levels can be light mapped. Disclaimer: This is not meant to replace modelling levels in Blender/Maya/Max/whatever, it's simply a tool to be able to control your level creating inside Unity without relying on Unity primitives.
