Consider bring back issue for visual studio thread

    @LeonhardP I wonder why 2018.3 beta dun have this thread anymore? I think it should still have a lot of issue for Visual Studio.

    I still suffer an already commented issue somewhere in teh forum that double click in console messages does not send you to the Debug.log in VS :\

    Some people is worse because it does not send them to critical issues.
