connect failed: ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)

    I'm try to connect to WWW for sending some information to server.
    It's not having any problem on Editor Mode,
    So i'm try to access it thru mobile.
    When i using mobile data network, its okay
    but when i'm using the wifi network,
    its pop up the error message like this
    i really don't understand why that happened,
    any help?

    Does using a browser on the device allow you to connect to the server on port 8080?
