Confused with humble voucher redeem

Hi I got some assets for unity from Humble bundle which requires me to fill in address info which feels like it's meant for businesses, I'm a hobbyist programmer, it's not something I do for work. what is "i am exempt from paying consumption tax" and how should I answer it? xD
