Feedback Complete release notes for alpha and beta versions

    It would be quite helpful if the release notes for alpha and beta releases would also contain a preview of the entire release notes of that major release. So something like:

    Unity 2021.2.0b6 release notes
    Known Issues in 2021.2.0b6
    ...
    New 2021.2.0b6 Entries since 2021.2.0b5
    ...
    Preview of the final release notes of 2021.2.0
    ...    ​


    This used to be the case (e.g. 2017.2), but it seems to be gone now (e.g. 2021.2). For people who update to every minor release of a beta version, the relative changes are useful. But if I just want to see if something will be fixed in the next major release, I currently have to go through all minor release notes.

    There's currently an issue with our CMS preventing us from publishing the full preview of the final release notes as usual. It is being looked into. In the meantime, we can share the preview in our release announcement thread.

    Thank for the clarification. I'm happy to hear that this is a temporary issue and not an intentional change. And thank you for posting the preview in the other thread.

    The issue with the CMS has been partially resolved and the release notes are fully published again for new releases:

    There's still an issue affecting the release notes on the beta web page. We are aware of it and will look into it.
