complete beginner: scripting runtime version is missing in the settings

    Hi guys its literally what I said in the title. I googled it and it should be in the projekt settings -->player and there under other settings but it just isnt. I attached a screenshot so you can look by your one. Please send help.

    I believe it was an option to choose "deprecated .Net 3.x" and ".net 4.x", but the deprecated runtime version 3.5 has been removed in unity 2019.3, thus there is no longer this option and they removed the whole selection.

    I downloaded Unity 2019.1 now and set this option to .NET 4. x Equivalent and its somehow working now. Does anybody have an idea how i can make it work in unity 2019.3?

    .net 4.x is the single default in unity 2019.3!
